1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • To request a cancellation, please email sunilkappen@gmail.com or call +91 93885 59551 with your order number.

  • If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a full refund to your original payment method.

After Shipment

  • Once an order is dispatched or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • You may, however, request a return or replacement after receiving the product (see Return section below).


2. Return & Exchange Policy

We take great care to ensure that our products meet high quality standards.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns

A return or exchange is accepted only if:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, OR

  • The product differs significantly from the description on our website.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and nature of use, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Used, washed, or worn garments

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., name-printed or embroidered items)

Return Request Process

  1. Email us at sunilkappen@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Attach clear photographs showing the defect or issue.

  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

  4. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back using a trusted courier.

(Note: For self-shipped returns, you may need to share the courier receipt for reimbursement.)


3. Refund Process

For Prepaid Orders

  • If your cancellation or return request is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

For COD Orders

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through UPI, bank transfer, or store credit after verification.

  • You will need to provide your bank or UPI details for refund processing.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Delays may occur due to bank processing times, which are beyond our control.


4. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • We can send you a new product of the same model and color (subject to availability).

  • If unavailable, you may choose an alternate product of equal value or request a refund instead.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
We will verify the issue and arrange for a free replacement or full refund as applicable.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank account or payment app again.

  • Then contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take additional time for refunds to appear.

  • If you still have not received it after 10 business days, please email us at sunilkappen@gmail.com.
