Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free Shipping across India.

  • Orders are typically dispatched the same day or the next business day.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Local (Kerala): 2–3 business days

    • Regional/Rest of India: 3–7 business days from dispatch

  • In case of any delay due to unforeseen reasons (weather, courier delays, etc.), we will inform you promptly.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled after 2 hours of confirmation, as we process them immediately for dispatch.

  • Refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the issue via email: sunilkappen@gmail.com.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

6. Product Care

To maintain fabric quality:

  • Machine wash separately after the first two washes.

  • Dry in shade away from direct sunlight or in a machine dryer.

  • Use warm to hot iron if needed.

7. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
